http://freehostia.com/ is good, I’m not too familiar with it but it looks pretty good and I’m using it for my website.
I don’t remember how much it costs, but I think it was 10$ a year, unless I’m thinking of something else.

Microsoft offers very affordable domain registration and hosting services with their Office Live Small Business service. Each account has access to plenty of storage, ability to add several users, and the option to create customized email addresses.
